Your pet may not be as eager to celebrate the Fourth Of July as you.  The bright and booming fireworks may cause your pet to become overwhelmed.

Dogs very often become alarmed and a bit disoriented during firework displays.  It is not uncommon for dogs to try and escape from the yard or house.  In all of it's confusion, many pets get lost.

Here are a list of precautions to protect your pet and have a safe and happy Fourth Of July!

Do not take your pet with your to fireworks displays.
__________
Never, under any circumstances, leave your pet in the car.

Never leave your pet outside, unattended, even if your yard is fenced or your pet is on a chain.
